To think last year he said on Twitter that he couldn't watch the Pelicans and couldn't recommend anyone else to watch them. I called him a fair weather fan and he got all pissed. Now he's the biggest fan on the planet I guess.

He wasn't wrong. The SVG Pels were awful to watch. Everyone was miserable.

I felt the same this year prior to the CJ trade. Last year was fun to watch point Zion just as a spectacle. That shite was very dumb, but fun.

Neither was I. If you can only watch the team when they are good, it's pretty much the definition of a fair weather fan.
That being said, I ain't mad at him, the more fans he brings in and excitement he builds up the better.

Who cares about e-clout for sitting in an empty arena to watch a garbage team? Notice, this criticism only comes out when a team is doing well and a wider audience starts showing support. Yeah, good for you that you care that much, but there’s no reason to put someone down for not enjoying watching a losing team. Let people enjoy things.
