You don't think Demps would've taken a 1st round pick for Jack if it was offered?
All the teams that could've used a vet PG(Miami) in return for a 1st round pick are over the cap, so we would've had to take back an equal salary to make the deal work.

More like he's playing here because he has no choice in the matter, but he'll give his best effort so he doesn't get blacklisted by other teams.
