Dyson is (2) years younger than Hawk and again Hawk is a fricking pussy. Dude is the weakest 6'5 player in the NBA.

You're the only person talking about Dyson. This is about Hawkins. You also weren't the only person in this thread who has been praising Dyson, so lose the pious outrage.

In fairness to Dan, 36.6 isn't great. That would have ranked 46th if he had enough attempts to qualify. If hitting 3s is the only thing you bring, 36.6 isn't enough.

Keegan Murray 41.1%
Brandon Miller 37.3%
Chet Holmgren 37%
Jordan Hawkins 36.6%

4th amongst all rookies with a minimum of 300 3pa. 36.6 isn't enough if your a vet in the league. He was a rookie.

What are doing here? His per 36 had him at 4.6 rebs and 2.2 assists. He's a decent rebounding guard.

Hes actually one of our better rebounding guards. But its time to hammer Hawkins for people on this board because he struggled in summer league and people forget as a rookie he helped us win NBA regular season games.

Only because Trey was injured (as was Matt Ryan) and Herb and Jose weren't hitting 3s at the rates they were late in the season. We needed someone to shoot 3s.

It doesn't mean that Hawk was a good player last season. He wasn't.

According to who? He was one of the top rookies in the league before he lost his role in the rotation.

So he provided shooting as a rookie because our other players were injured or couldn’t shoot but he wasn’t a good player last season?

He was awful on defense and was coming into form on offense. He had a 14 game stretch shooting 47% from 3 when he had consistent minutes, then his minutes were so inconsistent he couldn't get any rhythm back.

And now the argument actually makes sense because Hawk is struggling with the 1 things he does well.

Some of you are really that fricking small brained or just want to argue me.

So ironic.

Yes, you are arguing about the one thing he does well, which is shoot. He actually did it at a nice clip in actual nba games

So why would you put what he is doing in summer league over what he actually has done in nba games?
