Saw this thread after I googled what David Wesley was up to lately, couldn’t find anything.

What? How could anyone prefer David Wesley that actually likes the game of basketball? Daniels’ detailed color commentary is really informational compared to the normal ex player. To boot, we somehow have Joel Meyers, and Joel seems to be having so much more fun with AD. They just fit better. Wesley and Joel would feed into each other’s complaining about the refs last year. Right or wrong. The balance is so much better with AD.

Yea I hear your side, I just feel like AD interrupts Joel a lot...not meaning to either, he just gets so excited/emotional about whatever is goin on that it’s a lot by the end of the game.
I prefer calm broadcasters like DW that break it down and give good analysis. Not interrupting or talking over each other.
I’m not saying I hate or can’t stand AD by any means, I just rathered DWs demeanor and analysis when describing plays down the stretch.

DWs delivery is better. I agree that AD’s content is better, but it’s how he delivers it. I suspect it will improve next season.
The chemistry between AD and Joel is a lot better. they’ve worked together on SIRIUS for quite some time.

I hate Daniels. I don’t wanna hear an analysis every play down the court. What they were trying to do and what they’ve should’ve done. Every play.
