Rondo is like the Dennis Rodman of the backcourt.

He’s worth the money for the assisting alone. He’s a hell of a one-trick pony, and like Rodman, with the temperament to match, lol.

He’s the kind of player that gets you through the postseason.

He's on an incredibly cheap contract, so... great point!!!

that’s actually not a bad comparison
Rodman was always known as the smartest player on the court despite his odd personality and beloved by his teammates despite his several ugly exits

Rodman led league couple times in the reg season rebounding and was top 5 often.

Playoff Rondo is a mere shadow of Rodman.

Indeed,

"Playoff Rondo" is back.

I'm grateful. Tv guys were all speculating beforehand whether "playoff rondo" would show up. Did.

Ps. The local sf bay guys on radio love them some gentry.

The thread was comparing their intangibles, which to me is fair. Both smart, leaders on the court.

Then for some reason you try to juxtapose their level of play on the court by using a "stat" that can easily be said of BOTH for their respective main contribution categories.

Jeez what a fail.

I didn't think rondo could do it.

I was wrong.

Mea culpa.

Also, I was puzzled by jrue from years past, sometimes great, sometimes meh.
Both showed up.
