Dead serious that was the most frustrating/concerning thing I heard this entire season.
Fat jokes, eating habits be damned. This was the thing that told me that in four years Zion has yet to take seriously the importance of taking care of your body.
The fact that B.I. was laughing about it as well is what made me want to tell the training staff to gtfo. If they they don't care about their bodies and injury prevention, MAKE THEM. THAT IS YOUR JOB.
