Rank the top 5 players you want at 10...

1) Drummond - longshot to be there, but if he gets past Sacramento I think it could happen. I really think Davis is a sure thing, so why not go for the gamble that, if it pays off, has you looking a lot like the Lakers of the past few years with an elite front court, a great 2, and a great defender at the 3?
2) Terrence Ross - I like his ability to play the 3, which I think is the biggest need on the team right now. Gives us a go to scorer off the bench.
3) Meyers Leonard - the athleticism of our front court would be absolutely insane. I like Smiht being a backup so Leonard would give us a legit starter at the 5 when Oak is gone. A lot of people think he's a lotto pick simply because he's big and athletic, but the guy has some skills. Decent jumpshot and great at the line for a big (73%). The rebounds are the only thing I'm worried about (8.2 in 32mpg).
4) Damian Lillard - obviously the potential to be a dynamic scorer. Not the best distributor, and that's something he had plenty of time to work on at Weber. His assist: TO ratio didn't really improve.
5) Austin Rivers - another scorer like Lillard, but has more room for improvement given his age. I don't really trust him to become a legit PG, though he could be a great 6th man and I think Gordon CAN run the point adequately for stretches if Rivers turns out to be a very good player.

Barnes (unlikely, but I think he's the perfect player to put at SF with EG10 and AD23)
Lillard
Leonard
Rivers
Zeller
Little different, Top 5 I Do NOT want at 10
1. Marshall - second coming of Marcus Williams IMO
2. Drummond - Just hope someone ahead of us takes him
3. Lamb - Good scorer, don't know where he fits on this team
4. PJ3 - Is he Lamar Odom or Anthony Randolph ?
5. Sullinger
Lillard
Leonard
Rivers
Zeller

What about Lillard makes you put him so low on the list?
Posted on 6/10/12 at 3:27 pm to tehchampion140
he's undersized and doesn't really have a position.
i still like him. He's #6 on my list.

I want Lillard bc he has a 40 inch vert and is a shoe in to be the next Russell Westbrook. Done deal.
Never seen him play though.

Wouldn't go that far. I think he's at worst Mo Williams. The Westbrook talk is crazy though.

I agree 100% on Sullinger. I think he could be a great compliment to Davis in the frontcourt

I've been warming up to Sullinger. I'm just worried about him guarding athletic PFs, plus I liked what I saw out of Ayon last season and don't want to completely bury him, which would happen if we draft Davis and another PF. A legit post scorer would be great, though, and he looks like he could be another ZBo if everything works out well.

We don't need another PF that needs minutes in Sullinger considering who that we have several under contract. If we were in a position to take players as a luxury then I'd be all for it, but we need to get more scoring, ideally a great shooter or a slasher.
Depending on who/if we amnesty anyone, we need a PG, SF, and C

Sullinger would be the 2nd or 3rd best scorer on the team behind Gordon and maybe JJ.
