If you get Jax on a friendly contract do you keep him around for depth and hope he develops? I think one day that switch is going to flip and when it does he has the physical tools to be a top player in the league.

Right. This pretty much him coming out of Texas and that’s basically his plateau. I had hopes that he’d round his game out but I guess this is what it is. It’s a long season and he can still contribute on the team when needed.

I think on a friendly contract you could keep him. He can still contribute and help the team coming off the bench. I hope it all does eventually click with him because some of the stuff he does you can’t teach.

If we can get him on something like a 2/10 then yeah I’d bring him back. I wouldn’t go any higher than 5-6 million a year though, above that I let him walk

This has gone the completely opposite way… come out strong and pretty much put it away…. But of course we come out piss poor and invite them straight back in
