Are you psycho? I said nothing that would indicate that I don't care if Zion plays defense.

Would you be happy if Zion scored 29 points and had 1 rebound in every game for the rest of the season? I would

Yeah, it's a pretty stupid assumption to assert that, just because I'm happy with Zion's stats from last night, that I would be OK with him putting forth no defensive effort.

You either lack basic reading comprehension or you're just an a-hole. Which is it?

I bet you still think the Pelicans can be successful with him as the #1.

He was so goddamn slow on rotations. I just dont get it. Its not a conditioning thing. He just doesnt fricking care unless someone attacks him directly on offense.

It's because he never had to be quick on defense in high school and college... his freak athleticism could make up for that.

He assumed that would carry over in the NBA as well... which was fine then. The alarming part is that we're in year 7 and it still hasn't clicked for him that he needs to be better on defense.

I don't know what you mean by "successful" in this situation. In any case, I think that there's a good chance that Derik Queen will take over as the #1 on this team by next season, regardless of whether or not Zion is still on the team.

I ‘m not arguing, but I think I’ll just enjoy winning. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to bitch and moan.
