Just got cut by Lakers. Go ahead and downvote away but getting out of the bright lights of LA can help sometimes…May not workout but not like things can get any worse anyways

I either heard somewhere or read somewhere something about his BBIQ being awful. I think he can eventually give minutes for some teams but from what I remember watching he can’t defend very well.

He might suck at defense but this is the pelicans… They all suck at defense for most part
ETA: Ranked 25th out of 30 teams in defense last year

Sounds like a very low risk move to me. I looked it and he was a 45.5/34.5 shooter. If he can come off the bench, knock down some shots, and not embarrass himself on defense, there could be a role for him.
