Pick covers overseas hoops for BleacherReport and is considered reliable.
Wanamaker is a combo guard, played at Pitt. He's been a scorer overseas and shot 38% in the Turkish League last year. I'm assuming he played for David Blatt over there, but I'm not 100% sure they were there at the same time.
Apparently he gets paid relatively well for the Turkish League so he's not looking to be just a Summer League or camp body.

Dell does have a knack for finding these Euro reclamation guys, but don't know if he's a guy you guarantee anything to this early in the off-season.

I would expect him to ask for more than minimum - but Celts are also interested. And they won't use cap space or exceptions, because of Hayward-Butler trades...
Let's say I won't be surptised if Wanamaker makes the team. Especially when Jrue leaves...
