I get what you’re saying but our offense from a shooting standpoint really depends on CJ and Trey. Everyine else they make 3s and its great but CJ/Trey are critical in our offense- they’re legit shooters. When they’re taken away or just off- our offense crumbles. Which makes you wonder why the other 2 legit shooters were never used?

Also the defense on Merrill was embarrassing. He’s the type of guy who will punish you if you leave him wide open, he’s not good at all with a man on him but somehow he’s wide open time after time

CJ has low key been in a slump last 10 or so games.
It hasn't been low key. And it's been since January 1st.

The Pels can’t let other teams use sharp shooters who are negative on defense and get away with it. Supposedly the whole reason Willie isn’t playing Matt and Jordan.

Imagine a coach using his shooters despite their defensive issues because he knows how valuable shooters are in an offensive driven league. What a brilliant concept.

Our coach is not good. He’s average at best and unless Trey and Herb are shooting 50% at the three, we look mediocre. We gonna get run in the first round unless Trey and Herb are hot.

Agreed. Its the tough truth and Willie deserves credit for success of this team to a degree but for this team to take the next step Im not sure if Willie can take us there. The playoffs will answer a lot of whether Willie is good enough to take this team to another level.

Cavs shot lights out and got to most contested boards first. Can't count how many times Carom was between a Pels and Cavs player, and the Cavs got it. From the department of redundancy department Pels big men are s...l...o....w

And as much as it pains me to say it, the Zion experiment is the holdup..he stalls the entire offense..i mean look how ridiculous: we have “point Zion” for a guy that CANNOT won’t even SHOOT or consistently make a 10-12 foot jump shot, yet he’s the point guard.
So you back off of him, now he puts his shoulders down and drives into treeLand..and he does his best but bruh that is our offense. It doesn’t involve the 30mil guy in CJ nor does it involve the other 40mil player in BI.
quote:You think Herb and Trey should facilitate over Zion?
Plus it stalls the growth of your up and coming players like Herb and Trey.

I'll say this... With zero hyperbole...
This thing we do over and over every game where we give the ball to Zion 15 feet out, then park Zion or Val literally right in between Zion and the basket is probably the dumbest scheme I've ever seen in all my years of watching basketball.
Zion has Niang on him. Spread everyone the F out. Nope, we park Val right in front of Zion so now he has Allen also blocking his path to the basket.

I was at the game 2 rows behind Morris Bart. Let me tell you, besides Zion, our guys were not playing defense worth a damn. No hands up, no energy. Pathetic. It wasn’t that the ball didn’t bounce their way - they let hot shooters shoot all night esswntially uncontested. we had no energy and werent even trying for rebounds. if you saw it in person it was clear from the jump pels were gonna lose bad. I watched the coach in between plays too, no corrections. shite for plays drawn up. totally lax. No one should want to play for a franchise like that. Pathetic.
