I'd still take the rec league hero baller over Gravy

Not me. Gravy wouldn't sulk when he doesn't start. He has shown he can score and distribute. He makes far less.

Like another poster pointed out, it isn't Tyreke v. Vasquez.

Vasquez + Lopez > Evans + Withey

Does that mean you don't get Asik? Absolutely not. You may move Lopez for a player or picks. You may move Lopez in the Asik deal.

He has also shown that against other starting point guards, he will get eaten alive (I'm banking that he's still having nightmares of Jrue, from our game in Philly two years ago). If we're going to go with the package of gravy + Lopez(or Asik if we use Lopez to make that trade), and this season starts out the same(EG goes down), who's going off for 15 straight points to help close out that OKC game? Gravy isn't doing that. Jrue? Not aggressive enough. AD? Maybe. And before you say, "blah blah, hero ball", that wasn't all hero ball(one definitely was lucky though) that was exploiting matchups(Lamb/Roberson).

As for last year, I don't remember sulking, I remember him flat out stating he didn't feel that was his best use....and guess what, he was right.

I'm not trying to absolve him of all of his weak points. I'm just saying there are far bigger problems than Tyreke Evans on this team.
