Unless he's completely out of shape, I don't see it happening. I can see things like resting on b2bs and a predetermined number of minutes but I don't think the burst minutes will be anything other than the last resort if Williamson isn't in good shape by the start of the season. I don't think it'll be an issue.

uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

but seriously, he will have a minutes restriction early on I don't think there is any doubt, and maybe not b2b's, but I don't think it'll be "bursts".

I wonder if Zion will be one of the players or if he just doesn't appear until the season.

Thank you Jake. 5th metatarsal is a commonly fractured bone for NBA players.

Dude's arms look fricking massive lol...Wondering if the "lab" he's talking about is a certain doctors office in Florida that A Rod and Lebron reportedly frequented.

...Fletcher straight to the point lol Props for that since Christian Clark ran away from his story in his question.

Also that laugh out loud laugh when Christian Clark's name got called definitely means Zion knows who he is and the story.

How does this not get reported by any major media outlet. Woj and ESPN must be sleeping or something.

Did he and Michael Thomas hang out during the offseason?
I'm betting he doesn't play until Christmas and you can book it he will leave money on the table to get out of New Orleans. Maybe NBA will give us another lottery pick!

Zion - " come on guys, I'm not letting a grown man come to my hotel and play the piano for me "

His moment at the end is going to get national play.

He denied the griff/piano thing

He laughed and said "I'm not letting a grown man come to my room and play piano man"

And laughed again and walked off.

Pretty entertaining moment

They were, but, if we can tell something like this from looking...he definitely did not look in good shape.

Z's demeanor during his interview has made me feel a little bit better about all the rumors going around. He can't stop smiling and he's not beating around the bush really.

He looks the same. Don't see any issues right now at this stage.

I have to applaud the Pelicans because this is a masterclass in how to shut down all the outside noise. Is everything there are saying true? Maybe maybe not, but it doesn't matter. They are projecting a unified front and that's important for perception.
