This guy gets it. While it would be nice to get other assets as well as Tyreke, the value of those assets was not nearly worth risking having the Kings feel like they were getting fricked and match Tyreke's contract and exploring trade options the next season.

Is this shite really happening.
Lets all go back to that day when CP3 left and everything was depressing. This is unbelivable what has gone on the last year with getting the number one pick (:tank:) and now these trades.

@Pelicansfan504: @McNamara247 When CP left I figured 4 years at least. What Dell has done should be applauded. Definitely a top 5 GM.

Dell's amazing, he just needed time to put the skins on the wall so the Pelicants can be put in their place. The past few days should buy him at least a year of the haters getting immediately laughed off stage.

If the final offer is Evans for Grevis & Lopez it will be a good trade, however we could of signed Evans regardless of this trade. I doubt the Kings would of matched, therefore I think this S&T might include a 3rd team or the Kings give us a 3 or 5. Or my best case scenario, we trade Lopez and Grevis for Evans and Thornton and we trade Gordon for a center

Problem is like someone else said, if you wait for the match you can't make any other FA moves until the 13th. This allows us to start using that $5 mil or whatever on mid range guys who wouldnt be there on the 13th.
