People have been very happy about these hires and suggest given the experience they weren’t cheap.
They both seem like very very good hires to me.
Actually love that Cosgrave is coming from so much Premiere League experience. The conditioning in that league is insane and gives us a new perspective.

Cosgrave spent the last year as a consultant with the franchise to learn the NBA way of things since his entire career is in professional soccer.
On the surface, these both are excellent hires.

These actually seem good on the surface. Who knows if they’ll make much difference, but glad Dumars is at least trying to think outside the box a little.
