Hell if I know. Seriously, this draft is a crapshoot. We've had shitty luck drafting SF's, but we need one and I lean toward Porter . . . I guess. On the other hand, somewhere inside I'm thinking that Burke may surprise the doubters and be a special player.

Like I said. Hell if I know.

Burke. Wouldn't be upset with either, though.

Porter.

We could still do other moves to fill a need at the point. The 3, though? Not so much, considering the current crop of FAs.

I hate to go on need instead of BPA, but we're fricked at the 3 right now.

Porter

No matter what moves they make, they aren't going to find a SF anywhere else. It is just a huge need.

Porter.

Trade Gordon for Klay Thompson and Richard Jefferson maybe a pick. Sign Jennings or trade Vasquez and whatever they want aside from Ryno or AD for Bledsoe. If we sign Jennings, we trade Vazquez while his value is still high.

Jennings or Bledsoe/Roberts
Thompson/Rivers
Porter/FA SF/Miller
Davis/Ryno
Lopez/Smiht

Championship

It's just (snap) that easy.

With what has been said recently about the GSW backcourt it will take GSW failing in the playoffs due to Thompson for a trade to happen.

It's not going to happen. Thomspon is a solid SG. Why would GSW trade for an injured/highly paid Gordon to replace a young, good Thompson? It doesn't make sense. The Warriors are going to have payroll issues, why would they add to them?

Stop putting a damper on my McNamaraesque unrealistic prediction. Like McNamara has said, if we get Bledsoe, he will win DPOY.

Sorry, didn't mean to hate. Dreams are important and they are all we have for the next few months.

Because the Warriors have too many shooters and not enough penetrators. On top of that they have serious money problems next season that will kill the depth that has made them a playoff team. The trade I proposed where we take both of their bad contracts let them keep things relatively intact.

The choice is keep the same roster but have to choose between keeping either Landry or Jack, or trade Thompson for Gordon and Barnes for Shabazz and keep both Landry and Jack. If they want to remain a playoff team and they aren't scared of Gordon's knee, that's a trade they strongly consider.

I guess it depends how much of a salary dump the Warriors are attempting to do.

I'd take on Jefferson and Biedrins for a season if it meant getting Thompson and Barnes for Gordon and a 1st.
