The problem is Oak can do so much better than that. I don't know how he got the contract he has. Obviously between him and his agent he was able to swing this insane figure. Must have something to do with that 3.75 GPA grad in finance, because he pulled a fast one.

It just kills me that he treats the rim like it's a stove burner. He won't touch it even to slam a ball. I feel like Monty would have a hard time bringing it up because typically he still makes the point. But after that miss of a completely clear dunk the other night, he has no choice but to bring it up. Just, Jesus, quit playing like a sissy and turn it up a notch!

Wow, looks like a completely different player for this Sacramento game. Actually going hard at the rim tonight.

I could almost conclude that miss for the Philly game made a coach say something about turning up the intensity.

He def played with great energy tonight, but being guarded by a 6'6 center helps as well.

Okafor is still fatally flawed with his soft play at the basket, but he's obviously worked on his offensive game in the off season.

I liked his game, but he needed to come out for a few in the fourth. His legs seemed to get tired and he couldn't get the ball past the front rim several times in the stretch where the game went to crap.

Other than that little stretch (that I don't really put fully on him), he had a decent night. 6-14 from a center is not so good, though. Up to the 4th, though, he was on.

Cousins went for 28 pts, 19 reb and 3 blocks.. Okafor has never ever had a game like that for the Hornets (I checked through 3 seasons of game logs). It's sad..

Cousins is the type of freak that is every coach's nightmare, including his own.

It's just weird that Okafor has never had a monster game. You would think he would just go off one night, but it has never happened. He hasn't even gone over 20 in a game (points or rebounds) this season. He should be the focal point of the offense, but he can't score. I can't wait for someone to pull the "13 million is about what Okafor should be making" statement again. That contract is killing the franchise..

Really? 19 points, 7 rebounds, 0 blocks. That's good? That's setting the bar really low..
