So flippin stupid if true.
I just don’t think these out of touch workers understand how big a cool setting would be and how important it is to attract players.
Nola will never win in a “pick em” city against any other place, they have to MAKE it a place where players remember the fun and want to return.
And they absolutely don’t understand how important music is to the basketball community..no idea whatsoever, clueless..
I swear I’d have that place poppin within the first 30 minutes..I’d take the job for free I swear as long as I could make the changes.

Evil Pierre forever! The team should never have lost its nerve and changed. They should’ve leaned into the creepy mascot and he’d be a national sensation. I’m so jealous when I see what’s happening with the Flyers and Gritty now. That should’ve been us. Jay Leno Pierre is boring AF.

It’s not the marketing team, it’s the in house production team, and the NBA has consistently rated them as top 5 in the league. We may not like it, but it’s the formula that the NBA wants.
And the players and especially Anthony Davis forward music they want played to the head of that department.
Winning more games will put asses in the seats, and that’s what will make it fun to the players. They have no idea what’s going on on the big screens or care about the lighting in the seats.
