NAW G-League thread

If you have ESPN+ you can watch NAW make his G-League debut..
He is starting with Gray and Cheatham

4 minutes in, he's already made 3 passes that would've been turnovers in the NBA (1 of them was a turnover), and missed an open 3

Damn I really expected him to score 20 points in his first 4 minutes on a new team in a new league. Hell he should've had 10 assists and 5 rebounds too.

That's not shitting on a player..
Shitting on a guy would be saying he looks horrible on defense, can't boxout, getting pushed around, etc etc..
But that is all stuff that comes with playing time, which is why he should have been in the G-League weeks ago

Gotta admit after playing against NBA competition some, I expected him to be a little better (it was his first game though, so maybe he just needs time)
He needs to work on his shot selection, he had a few he just jacked up with a defender in his face.
He didn't really have any forced turnovers, more of trying to pass it into double coverage threading the needle (been watching Ball too much).
They need to keep him with the Bayhawks until their season is over, he definitely needs the run, and hopefully with more run some of those bad shot attempts and turnovers get cleaned up.
