Almost every team that isn't tanking makes the playoffs. Monty has the 3rd best player in the world.
Has there EVER been a team that had a superstar player finish top 3 in PER and NOT make the playoffs?

Has there ever been a western conference this strong with a team with this many injuries to key players make the playoffs?
Give some respect where it's do. Yes we layed some eggs against poor teams when we had injuries, but I also remember winning a lot of games we shouldn't, the last one being an excellently coached game by monty against the Spurs.

And this is just dumb, a lot of teams weren't tanking and didn't make it, the pacers,the Pistons, the thunder, the heat, the hornets, the Jazz, the Kings, the nuggets and the Suns.
