We really don’t know any of this for a fact tbh. I don’t think the Pelicans owned by Gayle Benson would’ve retained him if he truly socked his gf. I think had any of this been unexpected or new news, Jaxson wouldn’t be suited up and playing tonight.

Here is what we actually know. He got in a loud quarrel w his air headed IG thot gf. Cops came, he acted a fool, used some interesting and colorful language, cops put hands on him, Jax pushed a cop into a wall. And as a response he got choked and tazed in the chest. LAPD played the victim card hard in July and they are still doing it now.

That’s all we actually know. We don’t know if Jax was scuffling with his gf. I seriously doubt it was anything truly serious though or he wouldn’t be on the team right now and it wouldn’t have taken 6 months to press charges.

he is charged with being a woman hitter. if he truly hit her, she will probably say so through legal proceedings. if the charges were made on the assumption that he hit her, and he didn’t, those charges will be dropped

I've read other articles. This is actually a win for Hayes. He didn't get charged with felonies. They did these charges after interviewing the girl, who is now cooperating. If there was nothing there, they wouldn't have put them on him.

He is more than likely taking a plea and this will mostly go away. It was a bad night. But something happened and he did something to her. Maybe it was just a bad trip or he can't hold his liquor, cause he was on something. But he isn't a victim and the charges are valid..
