The way Louisiana sports have gone the last 15 months, I’m fully expecting Irving leaving Bos and NYK missing on top two, and we’ll have to choose between a poo poo package of NYK/LAL/LAC/MIL

Remember by this time in 2012?

1/9/12
49ers game
Bountygate
CP3 Saga
etc

That was a very rough time

For a while I was hoping pels got 3rd pick and take morant.
But he's #2 now that barretts limitations are seen.

Be positive.

We have a solid opportunity here with the AD fiasco. Should get a good return and a decent shot at one of Zion/Morant. I have a funny feeling it’ll happen.

Think big: Pels get the #1 pick with about a 5% chance. The Kings/Celtics pick lands at #2 (approximately a 1% chance). Celtics trade Tatum and the #2 for Davis and the Pels walk away with Zion, Ja, and Tatum.

that was by far worse than now

LSU was consensus best team
saints had one of their best teams ever in their prime
hornets had a top 3 player in his prime and were not far removed from real ring contender

If the drop is that steep, being at #3 is a curse this year.

Let’s hope we don’t draft someone like a Hasheem Thabeet type player because Zion and Ja are off the board.

The drop is that steep.

Zion and morant will both be first team all stars in their prime.

No one is going to be shocked if both morant and Zion start for USA in the 2024 olympics.

Thabeets name in this draft is goga bitadze. 6 11" from the Caucasus. Mid first.

mean if you want to get technical Ja is DeAaron Fox with better passing, higher IQ,
slightly more explosiveness (but not to Westbrook level), more of a dawg in him, but less straight line speed.

Perfect.

I saw morant last year.
Huge improvement in summer at cp3 camp.
He is going to get even better.
He's going to be covered by just one guy. No center waiting to help in paint.
