I know they like Dyson’s length as he’s got about 5 inches and 25 lbs on Jose but we are lacking the energy boost Jose gives our bench plus he’s actually got some type of offensive game.

Yes

We are in win now mode.

For 3 straight years, Jose has had a top 3 net rating on this team. He wins minutes, period.

He should be above Naji and Dyson in the rotation.

I was all on board because I thought Willie was going to fricking play hawk, but if that ain't happening what are we doing?

We've been getting run out of gyms against the elite teams with our supposed "defensive" lineups while sparsely playing the only two other guards that make things easy for Zion

Not sure it’s necessarily our “defensive” lineups but more so our “veteran” lineups.

ETA: lineups with CJ, BI, Herb, and JV seem to struggle. I could be wrong tho

Jose actually has a good 3 shot, underrated part of his game really. The fact that they have basically made him insignificant is a problem. Dyson has his moments but Jose brings it every time he steps on the floor.
