Herb seems to hesitate on every 3 now which he never did last year. He’s thinking too much. If he’s open he needs to fire the shot without thinking. It’s like he has the yips right now

the point is no one’s guarding him when he’s on the floor. So he’s either gonna get the ball and Chuck it(which he has done all year). Or be a non threat and whoever should be guarding him will help clog the paint.
He needs to do more of the DHOs when no one is on him. That play is always money.

There are just too many people who don't realize that when we are at full strength Herb won't need to take many shots

Okay but we have been at "full strength" for a total of ten games over the past two seasons.

Herb's weakness shows when we are injured. He made a living last season off back door cuts and attacking the paint. he looked god t start the season because everyone focused on cj,bi,and zion. he'll look much better once we are back healthy.

And your point is? We are not making a deep run unless we are fully healthy. And that is what you have to plan on. If BI and/or Zion get injured in or right before the playoffs start we’re not winnng more than one series (if that) regardless of how well or poorly Herb shoots.

Herb actually kind of did the opposite of what yall are suggesting, when Zion was healthy anyway. Herb was taking 4 threes a game during that stretch Zion was playing. I don't know if yall remember back but Herbs inability to shoot and teams just completely leaving him to pack the paint against Zion was a hot topic. Since Zion's injury Herb's three point attempts per game have cut in half, he's taking just two.
