The team is basically fricked if they don't add a solid guy at the trade deadline and lose West. I really can't see West leaving though.

Please not JR Smith. He's more concerned with his one on one match up that the rest of the game. If he gets 3 nice dunks and hits 2 3 pointers he's satisfied.

The only good thing I can make of J.R. potentially playing here is that he and CP remain friends and I imagine if anyone can calm him down and get him to focus for an extended period of time, it's CP.

Realistically, we're probably going to be looking at CP and West both gone. Ariza, Jack expiring and Okafor's deal almost up. We'll be able to totally rebuild. Hopefully the next Lebron will be in the 2013 draft.

The Indiana Pacers have like 30 million dollars coming off the books. They are only 7 million over the cap right now.
They can front load the shite out of his contract, like what OKC did this year with Collison. Then re sign Collison and Hibbert to long term contracts the following year.
