that is unacceptable for any player to do especially considering his salary.

It would be unacceptable if it wasn't commonplace in the NBA. Even the best players in the league can light it up one half and then be silent in the other. The other guys on the court were playing well so there was no reason to force Gordon to take half our shots. The game was close until the final few minutes.

Yeah it's been surprising how easily he'll lose his handle and turn the ball over. Hopefully it's just him still adjusting to playing again.

Maybe a little. But I think he's still getting back into playing shape (shite it's been almost three years since he was) and he's still looking for his groove, I suspect. If he can stay healthy he'll be a great asset.

I really think once Gordon starts playing bigger minutes he will play more consistently. He sits for LONG stretches at a time and everyone forgets that he is still very young. Manu can sit forever and come in and dominate, he's 34. Gordon is 10 years younger and last season was a lost one. He came out and carried us early but played poorly in the fourth. Growing pains...

where are you coming up with this? lol

no one is expecting Gordon to take half of the team shots man. however as the best player on the team and the SHOOTING guard he should shoot the ball more than once in the second half. tonight he was 5 of 7 in the first half and then 0 of 1 in the second half with 5 turnovers.

He's just over dribbling right now. He'll get his man on his first move, then dribble himself into trouble trying to make another move.

Doesn't seem like we're spreading the floor as much for him either. We're running him off a lot of curls now to get him shots in the lane. But when he came out smoking, we were spreading the floor with shooters in the corners and running 1 big to him for the pick.

Most, if not all, of the turnovers came from him trying to get a good look for a shot. He just had a shitty half.

He makes little misses often that don't result in turnovers . . . the ball just doesn't come back up to him the way he expects and you can see his reaction to that.

His shooting is improving back to what is was pre-whatever-that-was, so I think the rest will come back.

i feel like players coming off injuries kinda do this thing where they play well for the first few games back, then they kinda think they have it back and get sloppy. just give it a few more games, and I think he will be fine.

just IMO
