Don't delude yourselves or allow the Grizzlies to delude anyone. They offered Dillon Brooks an extension and it was Brooks who refused for the dreaded "I want a bigger role". He makes a convenient scapegoat since he wasn't going to be back anyway. Takes the spotlight off of the teams failure and Ja's gunplay.
Brooks talked down LeBron. Morant talked down an entire conference.

Mavericks don’t do background checks. Just look at the head coach. He could easily find a home in Dallas.
