It will be interesting to see if Holiday starts or they start Cole and Tyreke together. Holiday has played great in his role off the bench and I have to wonder if part of the reason he's stayed there is what corndeaux suggested about him being a 6th man to reduce the stress on his leg and stay healthy long term.

If he is still under a minutes restriction, I assume Jrue comes off the bench. Also, as you stated, he has been great off the bench, so maybe it's best to leave him there.

The more I think about EG's injury the more I like it. He wasn't going to get us a 1st round pick, and this injury is a hedge against Dell doing any cap damage.

I'm pretty sure that ended at the beginning of January. He's no longer on back to back restriction and he played 35 and 36 minutes vs. the Pacers and Clippers. Although he hasn't played more than 28 MPG since those 2.

Gotcha. Jure has been playing well, and Cole has not, so maybe the change would benefit Cole more.

Also, I like having Reke or Jrue running the show for all 48.

Waited too long to start trading the likes of EG, Ryno, and Reke for picks. Now he may not be tradeable or playable before the deadline.

Yup. This is what happens when the 2nd or 3rd most important person in your entire organization (Dell Demps) has goals and objectives which are completely contrary to the overall health and future of the organization.

If you have a GM who is "trying to save his job" he should immediately cease to be your GM. Yet another example why right here.

Pelicans list Jrue Holiday as a probable starter tomorrow vs. Pistons in place of injured Eric Gordon.
