How does it hurt our season if the Lakers win a title? Seriously? This season has zero impact on draft picks. They can do whatever they want this year. Starting next year, I want them to suck, and I'll be happy if both AD and LeBron tear an achilles.
Maybe I'm alone in not really giving a sh*t whether AD wins a title or not. I'm not rooting for him, and I'm not rooting against him either.

Sorry I should have been more specific. Playoff experience but also worth a damn (outside of the obvious 2) and only Danny Green is worth a shite out of that bunch. Everyone else is trash

If this seasons produces another top 3 pick in the draft, then I don't give a shite if we suck this year. Hell, we weren't going to compete for a title anyway. Another top 3 and to go along with the young talent we have now plus a new coach next season, we will be trending towards building a powerhouse in two years or so.

Wait until the Lakers run a 3 -Peat before LeBron retires and a couple of the draft choices are basically 2nd round picks and worthless.

Dude, first off, AD ain’t half the man West was. I rooted for West because he actually gave his all to the franchise. The others like Baron, CPme, Gordon, and now AD, I hope they never win a title. I’ll root for whoever goes against them in fact.

While I agree with this...and I think most do too actually...it IMHO does not excuse it. And that's the rub for me. Hell, I hate my job but I show up every day and do my job, for a lot less money.

I think that was at least true on EGs part. Dude was trying save himself for when that contract ran out... Nobody tryna risk long term health for a non contending small market.
