Bottom line is you either need a unicorn or a committee. The Pels can’t afford a unicorn so they have to build the best committee they can. JV can be part of the committee at the right price and role, but they are at least a man short right now.

I’ve come to embrace the big man. There are certain teams that he can dominate and there are certain teams that he needs his minutes restricted. I’d like to replace Larry or upgrade to a younger more athletic version to complement JV.
JV is like have a good running game in football. Sometimes you just need to slow it down and pound the ball.

I agree JV at the right price is perfect. Plus his minutes would come down and help save his legs some.
