I was a big boogie fan but I'm rooting against him more than anybody in the league now. Him and Harden. Harden hasn't really been affected by my hate it seems.

My mans. I understand that starters cant play 40 mins. I get that we dont have another good ball handler on the roster outside of Payton. But Frank is better than Clark on both sides of the ball. Jackson played 5 minutes tonight. Tim played 0.
I didnt expect us to necessarily win. But time after time Gentry has these fricked up rotations in the game.

For the sake of my sanity, do you think Clark should have played over Frank and Tim? Because that's on the same level of dumb to me as it is playing Diallo over Oakafor.

a measuring stick on whether to resign with the pels again or not. only reason he hasnt been in the playoffs just about every year is because hes been on a bunch of injury riddled teams. but even if he had snuck in the playoffs every season, he wouldnt have sniffed any rings.

im just saying i hope he realizes going elsewhere wont help his quest of winning titles unless its to join them

Equally as dumb as you complaining for 5 pages because one guy you dont like played THREE minutes. Three.

And it doesn’t make sense to play a rookie or Frazier who gives the same defense Clark gives you.

Also frick every version of Chris Paul. He was a little bitch here too.

A rookie that's better than Clark though, right..

He could have played 30 seconds and it would still be a bad decision.

Or is Gentry's rotations loved by pels talk now?

A rookie who was scared in the game.

If you were paying attention instead of pounding your keyboard.

Frank was arse tonight.

Clark was just as scared.
We all pound keyboards here.
Clark has been arse for most of his 2 seasons here and Gentry has been arse since we hired him.

Diallo has been arse and Gentry played him for months over Oakafor.

No, gentry and his rotations consistantly suck. That's my biggest issue with him. But if you're going to complain about 3 minutes of play on a thin lineup this thin then you don't need to watch the pelicans.

No coach could run a flawless 48 minutes with this team. His 3 minutes didn't make or break this game or blow us the lead. Curry going bananas lost us the game.

If you were paying attention, again, Clark wasn’t scared. He’s just not good.

But against this matchup, currently, he was the best option to sub in.

I only complained further when thanos (I think) acted like it was no big deal. I think it was a huge deal. I don't ask for flawless I ask that you don't play Clark against Curry when you literally dont have to. But it's whatever.

As far an NBA coaches mentality goes, you have to play the matchups. Clark came in for a reason.

It’s not a big deal that Clark played.

He plays when we play GSW. Nearly everytime. I’m not going to overreact to it and given the personnel, where Jackson is in his development, I agree with Alvin.

I don’t agree with Alvin not playing Jah at the end of the 3rd to rest Davis, but that’s another topic.

Him driving off his foot looked like he was timid to me. I paid attention.

On something slightly unrelated, should you not keep Jackson out there to show him you believe in him instead of pulling him and subbing in a guy with less talents who subsequently gets pulled faster than you?

Or you have frank get in, then observe...but on this trip, if frank isn’t giving you buckets, you sit him. He’s either instant offense or he’s not worth playing right now

We all know he doesn't play good defense and is bad on offense if his shot isn't falling. I get that our guard lineup is thin, but I cant see a reason why we needed to play Clark against Curry when we dont regularly play Clark against backups.

The last part is the whole entire point. His rotations are absolute garbage including this Clark decision. If it was a decent decision he would have played more than 3 minutes. I knew as soon as I saw him it wouldn't be pretty, and he immediately turns the ball over. Maybe I'm just pissed about Gentry that the Clark sub turned me into a bitch but I can't fathom how an NBA coach makes these decisions when it looks like a bad idea from my couch.
