I’m pretty level headed. Never wanted to fire Payton. Didn’t want to fire Miles unless we had a sure fire stud coach lined up. I thought Monty was doing a good job, but was okay moving on if we could get someone better.
All that being said, Gentry was a terrible hire and should be fired. And while you troll this board with your pro Gentry posts, can you give one reason he should stay?

Oh I am far from Pro-Gentry, I just don’t agree with firing a coach when you are in line for 6-8th seed playoff spot, unless, you have a viable back up ready to take the job.
I doubt they have someone worth hiring ready to go.

No team that made the WC playoffs last season had fewer than 24 home wins. The Pelicans have 23 home games remaining. To reach 24 wins they will have to go 15-8 the rest of the way at SKC.
