IMO at this point I look at Q-pon as an asset that can maybe help move bad contracts(he is a cheap expiring) or clear room for a trade.

In the next year or two I'm told he should be able to start doing light basketball related activities.

Should be a solid 6th man or starter in 2019.

I think he just loves being around the guys too much to retire. Dude gave his body to let us sniff playoff air. At $3m, whatever, still love the guy. This is more on Demps and "great player coach guy" Monty for knowing what was up and letting him shred his knee a little more every day. They both knew they should have shut him down and QPon blew em off. I'm most upset about what could have been. I loved his game that year and that contract had us salivating.
