I honestly don't think that the front office agrees that we need another shooter or a rim protector. Absent a long-term injury to a starter, I think we roll with our current crew and make no trades at the deadline.

Disagree... They are almost guaranteed to make a move before the deadline to free up a roster spot for Liddell.

Liddell has a 2-year contract as a two-way player. Why do we need to open a roster spot for him?

Where is it confirmed that he signed a two year deal? The terms were not released. No way his agent would agree to that.

Here was a Christian Clark tweet when the deal was signed:

Spotrac is usually pretty up on contracts and they show it is a 2 year while Seabron's is a 1 year. LINK /

I would imagine it's really more just a team option on the 2nd year and if he's healthy they promised him a real contract.

I wouldn’t guarantee him a bag stale Cheetos.

I think the front office made no moves over the offseason so they could see this group play together and then evaluate needs. Im the opposite i think we absolutely take a look at our weaknesses at the deadline and make a move

I still would be fine with a straight swap of PJ Washington for Jaxson. Hell i'd give up a 2nd just to make it look like we believe in PJ more.

Who wouldn’t be fine with this? PJ Washington is a surefire NBA rotation player who knows how to play. Hayes is too inconsistent to be counted on for real minutes, and the competition for minutes and usage is too strong here for him to ever reach his potential, imo.

Same thing with Kira- I really think Hayes and Kira need to go to a situation like OKC or San Antonio where they can continue to get reps and develop. It ain’t gonna happen here imo.
