Dirk was blocked hard by Emeka and flopped to the ground. Hornets take off on fast break. Emeka and Dirk are only ones left backcourt. Dirk, while on the ground, intentionally trips Emeka who was attempting to run back downcourt to get in the play.

Okafor blocked Dirk's layup attempt from behind(dirk falls to the ground), while Okafor is trying to get up the court dirk sticks his foot out and trip him.
