Dejounte Murray’s winning attitude is what Pelicans need.

Crazy some people want to trade his attitude. This is all Dumars & Zion had to say on their presser. Murray preaches what we want to hear. Murray has won me over!

I think that statement was a trade demand
He ain’t getting to the playoffs with this front office leading the ship.

Well, the #1 reason that we aren't in the playoffs right now is that he was hurt for most of the season.

Jesus the cope here is crazy.
Murray been to the playoffs 3 times in his 7-year career and the only time he made it past the first round was when he was rookie in San Antonio where he averaged 8.5 MPG.

I didn't mean it as cope. It was more about the fact that Murray can look in the mirror for the reason that he's not playing basketball right now.
And I think he knows that, and that is what he meant in his post.

My point is that you thinking we'd be in the playoffs with a healthy Murray is insanity.
We'd maybe... MAYBE... be playing in the 9/10 play-in game.

Torn Achilles not an overnight fix. Did Kyrie Irving come back this season? The fact Murray did come back this season was a positive.

We'd need Murray AND fears/queen to both take a leap to be in the play in now.
Not enough 3pt shooting. Not enough defense.

Possibly! Good point! The fact he is tired of the nonsense rebuild , Run it back gimmick marketing ploys and wants to win now !

Murray ain't taking a leap. He is who he is.
An overpaid PG that his two previous teams realized that the only way they could compete is if they moved his contract.
He's always going to get decent stats, especially on bad teams where he can get more touches on the ball in scoring positions, but he is at best a 3/4 option on a playoff team and we're paying him like he's worth more than that.

Sorry, I meant Murray back and for Fears and Queen to get magnitudes better.

I have to agree. I would've rathered keep bi over Murray. Murray is probably the 4th guy on a championship team getting paid more like a 2nd.
