No it didn't...Houston player tipped the ball on the inbound pass and the clock actually was a tad late as per announcers.
Pels have underachieved this season. Time to clean house and rid ourselves of injury prone players and coaches who can't adjust to game conditions.

OK...I'm NOT a big conspiracy buff...but, if you look closely, the "Boban"... that tipped that inbounds pass was at least 7'10" tall.
I recorded the game but ran it back this morning and upon further review...and zooming in for a closeup...there is absolutely NO doubt that the "Boban" that tipped Herb's pass was actually 3 little kids, sitting on each others shoulders with the top one wearing a "Boban" mask !! We should immediately file a formal protest with...uhh...whomever is in charge of that type stuff. THIS CAN NOT STAND !!!
