Otto does really remind me of Rudy Gay

Now that's one comparison for him that I haven't seen. Seems more active than Rudy, defensively and crashing the boards.

I've seen a comparison to Tayshaun Prince from one of the draft guys.

Shabazz would be a great addition for the hornets escpically with the awful play that they have at the 3 position and with shabazz's scoring ability

Shabazz is a pick on just talent. If the Hornets need someone who will contribute immediately and whose game is continually progressing I would draft Kelly O from Gonzaga or if we are going to draft on talent & youth pick up the kid from OSU who looks like a young Chris Paul on the court. Shabazz is too sporadic in his play and won't develop for another 3 or 4 years.

We're in a rebuilding process. If we were an older team that needed a guy to contribute immediately to be a contender, I'd understand that. But we're currently developing a bunch of young players, why not add one more project?

Plus he isn't a Rivers type project, he'll be a much better scorer immediately. Its the other aspects of his game that need work

Y'all who want Shabazz do realize he does literally nothing else besides try to score, right?

He's very average in rebounding, is completely dribble-blind, gets no steals and doesn't block any shots.

If you want someone like that, go trade for Michael Beasley; at least he's 6'10

Want Otto over Shabazz. Rudy Gay was a good comparison. Tall, lanky, that can score. Solid on the boards and can get steals.

I just got and interesting one:
#1 Magic: Smart
#2 Hornets: Len
#3 Kings: Noel
#4 Bobcats: McLemore

Would anyone here take Len over McLemore?

You can count me as a "not no, but hell no."

For the reasons you mentioned, I really do think the Tayshaun comparison is pretty legit.

Which changes the "Ford Hornets Draft Board" to:

Smart
Len
McLemore

Porter

Shabazz

Oladipo

Anthony Bennett

Basically, Noel falls into one of the gaps above, but I haven't been able to hit one that clarifies where he falls.

I feel like I could create a logic problem for an IQ test with this crap.

Wow that would be a terrible pick at 6

You mean the guy who is probably going #2 overall. Yeah that would be the ideal pick if he were available.

Please try a little harder next time.

For all the Otto over Shabazz group, I think that is a no brainer. The problem is that Otto will not be there at #6 Shabazz will.

I still think Mclemore goes 1, but wouldn't be surprised if it was Smart.

Don't mind me. I was talking about McLemore. Trying to build the draft board has my brain a little fried.
