I'll still watch the Hornets, but the Lakers getting CP3 is just scary. Him and Kobe will dominate the west.

In all honesty I've always been a bandwagon Hornets fan. Been to my fair share of games but yea.....so there goes your argument.

The NBA is a fricked up league. Where 8 or so teams reign and the little ones get screwed. Sorry but were not going to be better with Scola, Barner, and whoever the frick else we got. Hornets won't even be around in NOLA in the few years. Were just not a basketball market.

This. I would have been a lot more interested had we gotten an exciting young player like Jordan + Minny pick, then tanked (I would have gotten 2012/2013 season tickets), but I'll still go to a dozen or so games and watch most of the others on TV.

I won't watch a single non-Hornet NBA game, though.

More interested.

This is a shitty, bandwagon thread too.

I'm starting to hate the way the NBA is operated. Small market teams have no shot at greatness when they can't keep their stars and get shite value in return. I bet the league forced Demps to facilitate this trade

Im done with the NBA.

Even if the hornets make a good deal for Iggy, kmart, scola, etc etc it wont matter. They will get beat by the Lakers superteam as long as the lakers stay intact

I'm still a Hornets fan regardless...I'm more excited now after all this action...I will still attend games and support them as much as ever

I still love the NBA and will spend my money on league pass

I'm a NBA fan first and the Hornets being here is a huge plus. I'm just pumped to be getting basketball back.

It's easy to get off the bandwagon, just climb over the side and try not to get your arse ran over.

No backsy's though.

I've gone to a game or two every year and watched a few on Cox trying to muster a kernel of interest, but can't. With or without Paul doesn't make a difference to me. Good luck to them, though.

I enjoy basketball more than anything, including the Hornets, so long as it's quality.

I'm cautiously optimistic the talent we're getting, though I'm concerned about how excited Odom will be. Long-term I'm still afraid New Orleans can't sustain an NBA team. If the Hornets didn't have to be purchased by the NBA, Paul might have seen a future here and stayed.
