Are we able to turn around and trade Ball?

It has to be player for player? Do draft picks affect anything. NBA rules suck so I don’t apologize for asking.

yes. trade will not be officially completed until July 6th (I think) so we can use any/everything we got for AD and use it for something else

Ball will not be on the Pelicans on opening night. Whether we lose on the trade or not, he will never put on a Pelicans jersey.
