Westlake village is like 50 miles from the staples center, even worse it’s off the 101 which is the worst traffic in the entire country. AD probably spends 4-5hrs a day commuting during the season. Westlake you can buy a huge estate on several acres for a few million, but you are way the hell out there.
Lebron is in Brentwood, it’s only like 20-30 minutes from the staples center. Much more expensive for less house and land, but the address comes with a better LA status. And you get to live in the city.
