I think it’s more to do with Langdon drafting and his scouting process. Dude is doing a horrible job for just focusing on scouting. He doesn’t have to do anything else really because Griffin takes care most of the other GM duties.

It really is a coaching issue.
Svg has not impressed me at all.
He is hard headed. I get what he is trying to do with the defense thing but he hasn't even installed much offense.
I guess this is what you get with an old school coach. I don't like his assistants either
