Where is Jrad playing?

Because that's where 95% of the answers will send you.

You should just really ask yourself if you want to see a band that does great covers or if you want to see a great cover band.

I love living in the past. Todays music is terrible (sans Phish Halloween '014 tGOAT). JRAD is not a cover band. They are an interpretation of genre.
Lets take a moment to compare the musical talents of WSP and JRAD.
Joe Russo > the entire WSP band.
Marco Benevento > The dude with the Mets hat playing swamp keys all night.
JB doesn't have to read the lyrics so maybe Panic gets the nod there but meh ear drum enjoyment.
Jimmy Herring slightly > the two JRAD geetars but not by much. Real Talk, all three are interpreting someone else's original work. Save your Panic has put out new music with Jimmy. Thommy and Scottie certainly peak, but Jimmy shredding is much better, he just refuses to take me to the summit.
In conclusion, JRAD wins because they don't have any piss break songs, no drum solos, and no bongos. Also, when's the last time anyone's made an effort to see WSP members as individual artists. All JRAD members have more successful careers than WSP members aside from ARU. When's the last time anyone made an effort to see JB's solo project.

Cheers to covers. See yall in Asheville. WSMFP.

Honestly JRAD is the answer because who knows how much longer they will be playing together.

That is quite the girthy breakdown of two bands for someone who was wondering where he should go! You seem like you like panic, but you definitely took the time to try and discredit the members.

If you want a fricking party, go see panic.

You cannot have a bad time at a Panic Halloween show.

You really do have to try to have a bad time at one. Jrad is awesome, but Halloween is Panic's playground.

LINK

Here is a link to all Panic Halloween shows.

You can go jam your arse off to Panic or noodle to JRAD. Not saying either are good or bad, just a matter of preference.

"We are going to book dates in 2016, but the goal is certainly to play less Almost Dead shows in the future so we can all focus on all of our other projects."

Bet they only do festivals next year.

That being said, panic always crushes Halloween.

Badass.

Two years ago for Nolaween I made a headband out of a rattlesnake and went as a blue indian. Don't think I've had a better time for haloween than that night.

Is this even a question? Would you rather see a bar band, or go to a sold out arena and watch Panic destroy everyone in attendance

Where is JRAD even playing? Surely it has to be an afterparty somewhere...they aren't headline material
