Why would AC/DC glorify going to hell in Highway to Hell?

Well, they actually didnt.i felt like a dirty devil worshiper b/c I love this song!!
quote:
The song is based on physical locations, as in highways, that are situated in AC/DC’s native Australia. There was one stretch of road in particular, the Canning Highway, which Bon Scott is said to have dubbed the “highway to hell” due to the fact that certain characteristics of it attributed to many fatal motor accidents. Moreover at the end of this road was a bar called The Raffles which Bon was known to frequent as a place to hang out with his buddies. And likewise, the lyrics of the song state that his destination is a “party” with his “friends”.

Wasn't there an award show a while back where they played it and all of the wastes of human flesh (celebrities) wore devil horns?

You sound like Tipper Gore. And if you don't know who that is, believe me, it's not a complement.

The only thing I think about when I hear that song is the log truck scene from Final Destination 2.

You have to earn your way into heaven, you only have to be yourself to go to hell.

Everyone should ride the highway once in their life.

OweO has to take the Highway to Hell, because he can’t get up the Stairway to Heaven
