Why did Will.I.Am include Britney in his song?

I love Scream & Shout, but how can Britney Spears really get any credit for being almost entirely an autotune voice? Why did Will.I.Am give that POS any recognition? He could have been cool on his own. Is Britney into black guys now? Maybe she was before and I just was unaware.

Wait, so Will.I.Am is going to hold autotune against someone else? 
I actually used to love some Black Eyed Peas back in the day. Falling Up was my jam, but then Fergie joined and they became hip hop caricatures.

Do you really think Britney comes up with beats of any sort? At least Will.I.Am is consistent. We all know Britney needed money, so WIA threw her bone. Do I think she deserved it? Frick no. She is one trashy POS.
