Not necessarily the best, but the hottest as in putting out the best singles/mixtapes/albums right now?

I like 2 chainz but he just can't really rap IMO
I like space cadets by Future. Nice beat, but haven't listened to anything else by him besides that Magic song and didn't care for it.

Yeah, the whole MMG squad has really got the "hottest" tag locked down. Ross has done a spectacular job putting on Wale and Meek.
2 Chainz is also everywhere on mainstream features.
Kendrick and ASAP are relatively hot, but haven't blown up yet on a mainstream scale.
The GOOD lineup, particularly Big Sean, will be heating up as their collaborative album draws near this summer along with GOOD Fridays starting back up. KRIT and Curren$y will also catch some fire again as their albums release this summer.
