Where is the best place to find really obscure music....

Start with the 120 Minutes archive. It won't necessarily help you with new obscure music, but it's awesome for 90s and some early 00s. Otherwise Sirius Classic College is about the greatest thing on radio besides the King of All Media.

Just find a band you like in that genre, and follow the related artists on spotify until you eventually find a band you like.

They have a newer version of 120 minutes that plays on MTV2 on Fridays from 6am til 8am. They have some good stuff.
