Where is all the new music by Prince and Michael Jackson?

When they died there was a bunch of news about their vault of recordings and they both supposedly had enough material for hundreds of new songs. Unless I missed it, I haven't seen a single new release from either since they died.

There's been a good bit of Prince material released. Here's a link to some Pitchfork reviews - pretty much everything after April 2016 fits the bill. One of the best things was an expanded version of Purple Rain, but I think the wheels on that started turning when he was still alive. There's a version of "We Can Funk" on there called "We Can frick" that's stunning.

"Material" can be a very loose term when it comes to music. It doesn't necessarily mean that it was fully recorded songs.
