No, Iron Maiden is in Europe and fricking ROCKED last week. Metallica is about to open the M72 tour, which will last for two years.
OP, you need to look in major metro areas possibly out of state. Dallas is usually a good place to start, slightly ahead of Houston.

I saw Duran Duran in NO and the Foos in Bham, but I have nothing this summer.
My wife likes new wave so we have Psych Furs/Squeeze in Sept and Kiss in Novemeber.
Cant pull the trigger for $200+ tickets FV for GNR in Biloxi.
Had tickets for The Killers in Nashville and opted just to let my daughter go with her friends.

Well I am in Mobile, so nothing comes here....I have told people for years most major tours skip NO. I end up going to Atlanta or Nashville for most bigger shows.
I'm really not interested in most new music and do not care for bands like Disturbed and System of a Down.
I know most of the people I like are dying off or have stopped touring.
